I have worked storage side of auctions I know requirements for each state are different. I am familiar with specially MA, NJ, and MI I have worked in these three states as storage facility manager. I think I would be an asset to your company.
Manager of the facility I did auction paperwork to be checked by corporate for monthly auctions. Took payments rented units controlled contracts making sure all were properly filled out. Made collection calls negotiated rent payments to auctioned units.
