I am originally from New Hampshire and started out working at a local antique shop and moved on to working at Skinner Inc. where I trained to be as assistant generalist appraiser. I have since worked in furniture & decorative arts at several other auction houses and currently work as a freelance generalist appraiser. I am used to wearing many hats and have worked many roles in small auction houses such receipting property, conducting house calls, working phone banks/online bidding platforms, registering bidders, etc.
