I have worked in Customer Service for 25 plus years, and I have learned over the years how to interact with people, while showing respect and a listening attitude. It has taught me patience, tolerance and humility. But above all I have showed customers that I care on what they have to say, and try to resolve the issue if I can to the best of my ability, all while I demonstrate professionalism at all times. And on a side note I have worked for Sandhills Publishing for over 3 years, as Auction Support Specialist. I am still currently there however, but I am looking for a change of scenery if you will.
Responsible for editing and entering detailed information into data base for equipment listed in auctions, and update customers information in CRM. Provide customer support for registration on bidding rights, troubleshooting technical difficulties, and support on live auctions. And selling of 3rd party services when applicable.
