As Needed Auctioneer Ringman Charity Fundraiser

Personal Summary

I got my first brokers license in 1967 and had 35 licenses in states requiring licenses to auction real estate. I'm 6' 4" tall 230 llbs. play guitar and am a singer songwriter. I attended the Missouri Auction School in 1974 under the tutelage of Col. Dick DeWeese. I've addressed four national and one state NAA conventions on selling real estate at auction. I've addressed CPA and MAI conferences. I was a member of Lambda Alpha and I am a CCIM. At one time, I had 45 employees in my auction business. I would like to work intermittently and keep my hand in the auction business. Happy to be a ringman or auctioneer or help you close the big auction assignment. I was the national spokesperson for the Realtor's® CCIM designation and was trained professionally in public relations by Hill & Knowlton.

Work Experience

Owner
Jun 1970 - Jan 2014 David Kaufman & Company

I've auctioned real estate in every corner of the United States and the Caribbean. I was the first to auction scattered home auctions for HUD, Fannie, Freddie and did the first, last and most auctions for the Resolution Trust Company. I auctioned 500 homes in 10 days in five locations for First City Bank (Houston) and again for the RTC. I was featured on the front page of the Money section of USA Today for one of my auctions. I've auctioned real estate for labor unions, insurance companies and federal bankruptcy courts. I'm available to attend client meetings and help you land major auctions.
