We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Auction Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding support to our bidders and sellers while working in colllaboration with other departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat.
Assist customers with account registration, bidding, and payment processing.
Explain auction rules, payment requirements, and pickup procedures.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Process refunds and account adjustments according to company policies.
Welcome customers to the office and assist with auction item pickup.
Work closely with other business areas to provide the best customer experience.
